Registration fee and accommodation

Registration fee

The registration fee is 300 CHF (including tax). This fee covers access to 5 days of lectures and practical coursework, accommodation in a shared room*, catering (lunch, coffee breaks, and dinner) and a public transport ticket within Zurich. In cases of special financial burden (e.g., for single parents), we offer a registration fee reduction of 100 CHF for a limited number of applicants.

The registration fee must be paid by April 17, 2025. Participants will be responsible for managing any reimbursement from their institution, if applicable.
*Only for participants living outside the Canton of Zurich. We ask participants living in the Canton of Zurich who do require extra accommodation to indicate this in their application.

Accommodation

We offer accommodation in shared rooms (2 persons) atZurich Youth Hostel from Sunday until Friday for participants living outside the canton of Zurich. The accommodation is included in the registration fee. If staying in a shared room is not suitable for you, please contact us so we can discuss possible alternatives.
